All payments and credits are transacted in EURO. Mühlbauer’s partner for secure online transactions is Unzer Austria GmbH (https://www.unzer.com/de/).

We will make the headwear you have ordered according to your particular specifications (size, colour etc.). Therefore please calculate approximately 10 – 14 days for delivery. 

The cost of sending the goods to you will be paid for by Mühlbauer if you are in an EU country (e.g. Germany, Italy, France, Denmark ...). 

For the delivery of goods to a NON-EU country (= third party country such as Switzerland, USA, Japan …), we will charge you EURO 20. You will also have to pay all other costs incurred by the import of your goods into the country: taxes, fees and other costs resulting from the import. Any foreign bank charges will also be covered by you. 
These taxes, fees and other charges incurred by importing goods will NOT be reimbursed should you decide to return the goods.  

You may withdraw from the contract in writing or by returning the goods within 14 days of receipt of the ordered goods. In the event of withdrawal, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will only be made concurrently with the return of the goods received from you.

You must return the goods in unused and immaculate condition in their original wrapping. Mühlbauer will charge an appropriate fee for the reduction in value for items impaired by signs of use. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing when the goods are returned.

There is no right of return if the original label has been removed from the goods, as in this case we must assume that you have accepted the goods.

You must arrange for the return of the goods (by post or another sender of your choice) yourself and you must also bear the costs for this.

If you do not pay the costs for returning the goods, we are entitled to retain or charge a corresponding amount.
