The Mühlbauer cloche Duke Lia is made of melusin felt, one of the best 100% rabbit hair felt qualities available. The typical fluffy-hairy character of this melusin is achieved by brushing out the longer hairs in the felt. With its soft fluffy appearance this hat refers to the collection theme "Big Hug". The collection and the headwear therein invite you to join them in a collective hug, to cuddle and squeeze, expressing our need for physical closeness often lacking during the pandemic months. The special detail of this hat is the vertical division, whereby both sides of the hat have been made in different colours. The brim of this hat has been machine torn and not cut giving it a softer edge.
