The Mühlbauer brim Fisher Gigi is made of Bowen straw. Bowen because it was apparently the British Captain Bowen who brought this exotic leaf fibre to Europe. The hat is trimmed at the brim and decorated with a ribbon also made of Bowen straw, the result is a one-of-a-kind all-in-one piece of pure Bowen straw. This piece of elegant hand crafting elevates the hat to another level while being sustainable, making good use of all leftover material. The brim can be combined with other pieces from the collection – following the collection theme “PLUS ONE” – above all with scarves and beanies.
